Foundations of Nourishment

Learn how to nourish your body with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency.

Nutrition shouldn't require constantly wondering whether you're doing it right.

Foundations of Nourishment is an ongoing membership for women who want practical nutrition education, trusted guidance, and a place to keep learning as their bodies and lives change.

Together, we'll move beyond nutrition noise and rigid rules and focus on the foundations that matter most—then learn how to apply them in real life.

No perfection required.

Nutrition advice is everywhere.

Protein. Fiber. Blood sugar. Gut health. Menopause. Supplements. Weight. Exercise.

Knowing more isn't always the problem. Knowing what matters, how it fits together, and how to make it work in your actual life is often the harder part.

Foundations of Nourishment gives you a place to keep learning, ask questions, practice what you're learning, and make adjustments as your needs change.

Not through rigid rules or perfect eating—but through practical nutrition you can actually live with.

You don't need another diet.

You need a foundation.

What membership looks like

A place to learn, ask questions, and keep putting good nutrition into practice.

LIVE LEARNING & CONVERSATION Join me for live virtual sessions where we'll explore practical nutrition topics, talk through how they apply in real life, and leave plenty of room for questions.

A GROWING RESOURCE LIBRARY Access practical education and resources you can return to whenever you need them—including the Foundations LEARN library covering topics such as protein, fiber, healthy fats, blood sugar, muscle, sleep, menopause, and eating well in real life.

ONGOING SUPPORT & COMMUNITY Stay connected between sessions through a supportive community where you can ask questions, share what you're learning, and keep practicing alongside other women.

You don't have to learn everything at once. The goal is to keep learning, practicing, and building confidence over time.

A simple rhythm for ongoing support

01 — LEARN Build your foundation. Explore the growing Foundations LEARN library at your own pace, with practical education on protein, fiber, healthy fats, fermented foods, blood sugar, muscle, sleep, menopause, fueling your body, eating well in real life, and more.

02 — LIVE‍ ‍

Go deeper together.

Twice each month, we'll meet virtually to explore relevant health & nutrition topics, expand on concepts from LEARN, talk through real-life application, and make room for questions and conversation.

03 — CONNECT

Keep the conversation going.

Between live sessions, you'll have a private member community where you can ask questions, share what you're learning, and stay connected as you put nourishment into practice.

Notice → Choose → Practice.

You don't need to overhaul everything at once. Notice what matters, choose a place to begin, and practice until it becomes part of how you care for yourself.

And from time to time, I'll invite trusted professionals to join our conversations and share their expertise.

Good nutrition doesn't have to start with complicated protocols or a long list of rules.

Inside Foundations, you'll have access to a growing library of practical nutrition education designed to help you understand the fundamentals, recognize what matters for you, and make informed choices in everyday life.

Start with the foundations. Keep growing from there.

PF3C is a framework—not a scorecard.

Protein. Fiber. Ferments. Fats. Color.

There's no required order and no expectation that you work through everything at once.

Start with what's most relevant to you. Explore another topic when you're ready. Return to something when life changes or you need a refresher.

These foundations give us a shared starting point, while our live conversations help you go deeper, ask questions, and think about how the information applies in real life.

PF3C is a simple way to think about nourishment without counting every calorie or tracking every macro. It's not about building a “perfect” plate at every meal. It's a practical framework you can return to again and again as you learn to nourish yourself with greater confidence.

Start with the foundation. Personalize when there's a reason to personalize.

Foundations may be for you if...

You don't need to have everything figured out before you join. You may simply be ready for a different way of approaching nutrition.

✓ You want to understand nutrition—not just follow another set of rules.

✓ You know quite a bit about nutrition already, but you're not always sure what deserves your attention.

✓ You want to support your health without becoming consumed by food, numbers, tracking, or perfection.

✓ Your body is changing, and you'd like thoughtful guidance for navigating things like menopause, metabolic health, digestion, body composition, or changing nutrition needs.

✓ You value science, but you also want nutrition advice that works in an actual human life.

✓ You'd like a trusted place to ask questions when new nutrition headlines, health concerns, or life changes leave you wondering what to do.

✓ You want to keep learning and caring for your body—without making your health a full-time job.

You don't need to do nutrition perfectly.
You need enough understanding to make good decisions for yourself.

Foundations is a place to keep building that understanding—one small choice at a time.

A few common questions…

Do I need to attend the live sessions? No. Live sessions are an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect, but there's no expectation that you'll attend every session. You can submit questions in advance, and brief session recaps will help you stay connected to the learning. Every live session is recorded, so you can revisit the education and conversations at your convenience.

Is this individualized nutrition counseling?
Foundations provides nutrition education, general guidance, and group support. It does not include individualized nutrition assessment, medical nutrition therapy, lab interpretation, or a personalized treatment plan. If you need more individualized care, my Personalized Nutrition Support or one of my Signature Experiences can provide a more individualized level of care.

Do I need to complete all 12 LEARN programs?
Not at all. There's no required order or schedule. Start with the topics most relevant to you and return to the library whenever you need it.

How long do I need to stay?
Foundations is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. It's designed to become an ongoing resource as your needs change, but you can cancel your membership at any time.

What does being a Founding Member mean?
You'll be among the first women to join Foundations, and your $97/month Founding Member rate will remain yours for as long as you maintain your membership, even if the membership price increases in the future.
